RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Parts must be in an unaltered, re-sellable condition and in original packaging, with the invoice. Parts purchased for testing, checking interchangeability, or for swapping must be informed prior to purchase and a restocking fee of 30% on the original bill must be paid to get refunds.  Items returned that are not the original part shipped will not be refunded. PARTS ARE IDENTIFIED BY MATCHING EXACT PART NUMBERS PRINTED OR ENGRAVED ON THE PART ITSELF. Items returned that are not in the original condition shipped (excluding items damaged in shipping and verified by a Best Quality Auto Parts LLC. representative) will not be refunded

ALL COMMUNICATION IN REGARDS TO COMPLAINTS MUST BE IN WRITING via TEXT, MAIL, EMAIL, OR FAX to verify a problem with a particular part or installation.

If you receive a damaged/defective part or an incorrect part please notify our customer service department via email, text, or phone with pictures and a diagnostic report for a quick resolution. DO NOT SEND THE PART BACK BEFORE BEING INSTRUCTED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT(return merchandise authorization RMA) IN WRITING. Returning the part is the responsibility of the customer and Best Quality Auto Parts LLC. must be provided with a return tracking number when the item is returned. The item must be returned within 7 business days of the receipt of the RMA. The return address will be provided once the part is approved for being sent back to our warehouse for further processing. Parts must be sent back to the exact address provided by the customer service agent and will be sent in writing as well to the customer. Parts returned to Best Quality Auto Parts LLC. will be forwarded to the correct address listed on the RMA instructions, at the customer’s expense. Once the part is received a full refund or partial refund will be provided as per customer request and approval depending on the replacement requested. Once the item is received at Best Quality Auto Parts LLC. it will be inspected by our in-house mechanics and a credit request will be forwarded to accounting. Customer refunds are processed after the conclusion of the order as per our mechanics and customer service.

We stand by our warranties and make sure the entire process is smooth. All customers receive a status e-mail/text regarding their orders every 48 hours (excluding weekends) to avoid having you spend your valuable time after purchase to get information regarding it. Return & Cancellation Policy:

You can return or cancel your order by contacting our customer service desk. Note all returns and cancellations require a prior authorization.

Cancellation may hinder if your order has been confirmed. Don’t worry we (Best Quality Auto Parts LLC) will do our best to commission the cancellation of your order, but if for any reason we’ll not be able to do so then, you may return the order. Kindly go through our Return Policy for further details. You may cancel the order any time before receiving our confirmation either through email or call. Nevertheless, once your order has been confirmed, within 24 hours order(s) will be processed for shipment. Therefore, we (Best Quality Auto Parts LLC) will not be able to cancel your order after 24 hours of email or call confirmation. Order cancellation may be subject to a 30% Restocking fee. Replacement Policy:
Received a defective part? No problem, we will replace it 100% FREE. For more information, visit our replacement policy page.

Terms:
All returns and cancellations may be subject to shipping charges, unless caused by our error or cancelled by the customer prior to shipping. No returns without prior authorization from the Supplier (see Contact Us page). You need to contact a customer service representative to arrange for a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Reference your 8 digit Order Number starting with “L” when processing a return.

Replacements:
It is company policy that we receive the original auto part back before sending you a replacement auto part. The original auto part must be returned using the provided shipping label. The shipping cost for both the original and the replacement auto part is a cost attributed to the shipper at hand. Note, if these auto parts are not shipped back to the supplier within 30 days of the delivery date of the replacement part, the buyer’s credit card is subject to a recharge for the initial cost of the original auto part (minus the initial shipping cost) If you have any questions about the shipping back of the original part, please contact your personal sales representative Or email info@bestqualityautoparts.com.

Disclaimer:
-Some of our units (used engine, transmission, axle, etc.) may come with wear parts and accessories but are not guaranteed in the sale. They will need to be replaced before installation. Common items that are not guaranteed include but not limited too nuts, bolts, links, seals, bushings, ball joints, brackets, bezels, wiring, cables, sensors and other applicable items depending on the part. If they are not serviceable, such as a pressed-in ball joint, they will be guaranteed.
-We cannot guarantee color on any part we sell. The purchased item may need to be repainted, refinished, or reupholstered for proper color match.
