From 30 Days to 3-Year Warranty on Specific Models:

We offer 30 days and up to three-year limited warranty on all our used parts, engines and transmissions. Our parts, engines and transmissions are unmatched for their level of quality, warranty and price. Buy with confidence with us knowing the parts you’re buying are A”-grade OEM quality, guaranteed to fit and warrant by a solid company.

The warranty covers any damaged/defective or incorrect parts sent to customers. We offer a “parts only” warranty. While placing an order please check with the sales agent or on the invoice the warranty period. If no warranty is mentioned or informed by the sales agent the part would be sold in “as is” condition and Best Quality Auto Parts LLC. will not be responsible for the performance of the part once it gets delivered.

NO LABOR CHARGES are covered for any part sold by Best Quality Auto Parts LLC. In case of part turns out to be defective/incorrect or damaged we will first attempt to replace it and if a replacement is not available we will issue a refund for the total amount charged. In the event another order is made prior to return of the first part we will require payment for the second part and refund the initial order once the part is received back. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed to customers. Upon contacting Best Quality Auto Parts LLC. please provide a detailed explanation as to why the part is being returned with pictures or diagnostic report from an authorized mechanic/ garage / dealership.

In the event a part is returned that does not fit the specifications listed in the order/invoice as placed by customer Best Quality Auto Parts LLC. reserves the right to apply a 30% restocking fee and withhold shipping amounts both ways in the refund.

Best Quality Auto Parts LLC. is not responsible for items delivered to the address given at the time of purchase according to tracking information but not taken into possession by the customer.

Items ordered for ‘testing purposes only’ or ordered incorrectly to check interchangeability by the customer will not be available for return. Verify with a mechanical or body expert(mechanic) about the actual part needed before ordering. We make sure we send out an exact matching part as our customers have in their vehicle combined with our years of experience but it definitely helps if our customer to do the necessary research before ordering. Items returned after the warranty period expires will not be refunded and will be returned to customers. Parts must be received within 30 days of the original shipment delivery date in order to be accepted after RMA (Return merchandise authorization) is approved.

Below are some exceptions that will void a warranty provided during purchase:

Engines: Warranty Void unless: All External parts that are worn, defective, different or missing are replaced and radiator flow tested by radiator shop (warranty requires dated receipt). Timing components, injectors, oil cooler, thermostat, and water pump must be replaced. Engines are sold as interchangeable long block, year and model may differ; Warranty Limited to 90 days from purchase date: unauthorized dismantling of heads and blocks void the warranty. If heat tabs are melted or removed, warranty void. Engine accessories such as but not limited to Turbos, Starters, air compressors, alternator, power steering pumps, optical distributors or electrical water pumps are not included nor under warranty. If any of these parts are purchased separately they will be under warranty as stated by the agent during purchase. Warranty does not include switches, sensors or any labor charges. Inspect and replace seals before installation if necessary. Warranty does not cover negligence or abuse of unit. IT IS REQUIRED THAT YOU re-seal transmission and engine oil pans. Engines come with a 90-day warranty unless otherwise specified on the invoice.

Instrument and Speedometer Clusters: We do not guarantee exact mileage. For particular vehicles such as but not limited to Lexus, Audi, BMW, Mercedes and Cadillac the customer may require to take the cluster to a dealership to have the unit reprogrammed as per the customer’s vehicle. Best Quality Auto Parts LLC. will not return or refund any units/parts until the customer can provide written documentation from an Authorized Dealer proving the part was reprogrammed and still not functioning properly.

Carburetors: We guarantee only the ability to be rebuilt for further use and will come as plug-and-play.

Cylinder heads: Are guaranteed to not be warped or cracked and will be checked during the inspection. Rings and valves may need to be re-machined for better performance.

Orders of “Block Only” (Short or Long Block) are guaranteed to be rebuildable only until otherwise stated by the agent in written format.

Electrical items such as engine computers (ECU, brain box, power train module) and body control modules, transmission modules, and transfer case modules are only guaranteed to have the correct manufacturer part number (OEM number) and are not sold for testing purposes. All electrical items will have a replacement warranty only. Modules may need to be reset by the dealer in case they are superseded. In the event, this is required the part cannot be returned until verified by the dealer that the part has been reset properly and is still not functional. Electrical parts that have been modified in any way (other than by reprogramming) will not be refunded.

Struts are sold with a working condition warranty only. We do not guarantee on the actual ride quality of the shocks or springs due to being used parts. We do guarantee that the springs and strut tower will be in working condition and are not completely rusted.

Control arms are guaranteed to be true and straight without any cracks. Any kind of rubber bushings or non-metal parts attached to the OEM control arms are not guaranteed.

Bushings and Ball Joints are not guaranteed on parts sold.

Transmissions: Transmissions are WITHOUT A FILTER. We guarantee that it will shift properly and smoothly, gears to be good and bearings to be good. Please thoroughly clean all components of the transmission including the oil pan before assembly to ensure better performance. Replace oil and filter in all types of automatic transmissions. Seals and gaskets must be replaced prior to installation. Flush & flow test cooler and lines. Fully engage the torque converter in the front pump. In the case of a manual transmission, you must install a new clutch, pressure plate, and slave cylinder. You must also have your flywheel turned in prior to installation to ensure better performance. Fill and check the fluid to insure proper levels. EXCLUDED parts on transmissions that aren’t under warranty are Filter, Gaskets, Seals, All Sensors, and Electrical Parts, Transmission coolers, Mounts, Transmission Lines, Tuning & Adjustments, and Transferring of parts. **Failure to Replace Filters, fluids, Flushing Transmission cooling lines, and/or improper installation will VOID the Transmissions Warranty completely.

CVT transmission is covered under our warranty as long as all the requirements listed have been met.
– Provide CVT transmission and ECU fault codes before transmission installation.
– Transmission must be filled with dealer brand CVT fluid and receipts must be provided.
– CVT and ECU computers must be programmed at the dealership and receipts must be provided.
– CVT filters and gaskets must be replaced and receipts must be provided.
– Torque converter and axle seals must be replaced and receipts must be provided.
If any of these requirements are not met and/or any of these receipts are not provided the warranty is VOID.

Axle Assemblies our standard warranty, Extended Warranties come with only ONE TIME Part Replacement Warranty. EXCLUDED items: Gaskets, Seals, All Brake components, and Transferring of parts. **ALL SEALS and GASKETS Must be REPLACED*** Improper installation will VOID the Axle Assembly Warranty completely.

Transfer Cases carry our standard warranty. Extended Warranties come with only ONE TIME Part Replacement Warranty. EXCLUDED items: Gaskets, Seals, and Transferring of parts. **ALL SEALS and COVER GASKETS Must be REPLACED*** Improper installation will VOID the Transfer Case Warranty completely.

Seals in turbos are not guaranteed to be in perfect (like new) condition. These seals may need replacing during the warranty period as per the customer’s requirement.

Doors are complete assemblies however they are not guaranteed to come with accessories such as windows, window regulators, handles, hinges, or interior panels. We only guarantee the door shell anything extra that you may receive is not under warranty.

Other body parts such as hoods, fenders, bumpers, quarter panels, and header panels are not guaranteed to come with hinges, hood ornaments, latches, trim, headlights, or grilles, pictures of parts will be sent prior to shipping to show their condition.

Specific colors may be requested for body parts, but a color match is not guaranteed as per the color code. We recommend that body parts may be repainted to match your vehicle in case an exact color match is not available. Body parts that do not match the color of your vehicle will not be available for return for that reason as pictures of the same will be sent a prior shipment to avoid any misunderstandings towards its color.

Airbags must be shipped as HAZMAT ground and NOT via air shipment. NO EXCEPTIONS. Due to the HAZMAT requirement, we will not authorize the return of any airbags that do not fit a vehicle. For a used airbag to operate properly, a qualified installer must install the used airbag in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer’s specifications. Any used airbag that is not installed correctly will subject passengers in a vehicle to risks of serious injuries, including death, which may arise as a result of the improper installation of a used airbag.

Best Quality Auto Parts LLC. makes absolutely NO warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness for a general or particular purpose or of merchantability in connection with any sale of used airbags. ALL USED AIRBAGS ARE SOLD ‘AS IS.’

Used airbags are not tested by Best Quality Auto Parts or its vendors, to meet any safety standards. The installer of a used airbag must test whether the used airbag will function properly. The purchaser of an airbag from Best Quality Auto Parts agrees to accept all risks of damages or injuries, including death, relating to the use of a used airbag.

***New York Residents – DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM***

Per New York state law, if you are a resident of New York you cannot purchase this used Airbag (inflatable restraint system).

Extended Warranty:
We offer extended warrantees on most parts, engines and transmission, at competitive prices.

Warranty Terms:
Claims related to the overheating and/or improper lubrication of the engine or its components are not covered by this warranty. Engine warranties are limited to manufacturing defects in the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers, and oil pumps. All other parts that may be provided are Accessories and Extra Parts. No warranty is provided for any such parts that are attached, including parts such as switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, hoses, water pumps, and manifolds. All warranties are null and void if:

  • The vehicle is converted from a private passenger use to commercial or fleet use, or is used for racing or other competition or off-road recreational purposes.
  • Failure is caused by abuse, misuse, or modifications.
  • Failure is caused by using the part for any use other than what was intended or recommended by the manufacturer.
  • The part fails or becomes defective due to the vehicle being involved in a collision.
  • The part is installed or operated outside the United States.
  • The installed heat tab center is melted or removed.
  • The part is sold “As Is” as indicated on the front of invoice or in a website’s terms.

Items purchased online can be shipped directly to your door or picked up from the warehouse address provided for local pickup. This section explains what you need to know about managing your order – delivery, and pickup.

How It Starts

After you place an order, you will receive an email with an invoice for your order information. If you have ordered multiple items, you may receive additional emails for each item.

Order Confirmation

The order confirmation email provides a summary of the items in your order in the form of an invoice. If you choose to have an item delivered, it will display the delivery address. For both delivery and pickup orders, you need to reply with an approval to TNCs as applied to a specific order.

Shipping Notification

If you choose to have an item delivered, we’ll send a shipping notification email when the item leaves our warehouse. This email includes the order number, order date, order summary, and shipping information.

You can enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website to check the status of your shipment.

Pickup Notification

Once your items are available to be picked up, we’ll send a pickup information email.

Pickup Reminder

Your items need to be picked up by the date indicated on your pickup information email, to avoid cancellation we’ll send a reminder email if your item is still waiting to be picked up.

Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping only applies to commercial addresses in the continental United States (Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and APO). Free shipping will only apply to normal/standard shipping and cannot be adjusted with overnight or priority shipping.

Guaranteed Shipping Services

We use UPS to ship your package and where available, you can choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order, for an additional fee. Delivery times will vary according to your delivery location/address, availability of your items at the time of shipping, and time of placement of the order.

International Location UPS/USP

Shipping charges do not include taxes and duties. UPS/USPS may ask to collect taxes/duties; please contact your local UPS/USPS office or local government for details. Best Quality Auto Parts LLC. is not responsible for any tax or duty fees.

Shipping or Delivery Time

The “Ship” or “Delivery” time depends on multiple factors, including when the item leaves the warehouse. We generally take 24-48 hrs to have the part inspected and ready to be picked up. Shipping time on any non-freight part is 5-10 business days and for freight part, it’s 7-10 business days. But at times this time might exceed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, natural calamities or civil disturbances, etc. and Best Quality Auto Parts LLC. will not be responsible for delay in case such issues arises. Once the part is shipped the customer cannot cancel the order unless they are willing to pay for both ways shipping and 30% restocking fees.

We at Best Quality Auto Parts LLC. understand that speedy delivery is of utmost importance and we are doing everything we can to fulfill the orders as quickly as possible. But at times due to force majeure, we might not be able to deliver on time but the chances of such will be low. And in case, of customized parts or custom requirements the delivery will take more time than usual and shall be conveyed to the customer during the placement of the order.

In any case if we run low on product availability after confirming shipping and delivery times, then we will notify you by email of the new shipping and delivery times.

Shipping Notification

For your convenience, please make sure to arrive within the available will-call service hours which is Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM to ensure that you are able to pick up your items.

We offer FAST shipping on all orders to the continental 48 U.S. states. We can ship anywhere in the contiguous U.S. including residential and commercial addresses. We require a core charge and not need to return the engine core. If you need a lift gate, we also offer it for lesser fee upon request before checkout.  Our standard delivery time is 5-10 business days after processing your order. Canadian Orders:
We ship to Canadian buyers from our Canadian locations. Other Canadian orders will be subject to product transfer cost, Canadian duties and taxes.

Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico orders:
Orders outside of the continental 48 states (Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) may be subject to additional shipping charges for extra freight fee.
